She is survived by: her husband Jarold Deen Forney; her children, Teddy, Terry (Melissa), Michael (Pauline) and Blaine (Ruby); her siblings, Mele, Faia, Paepae, Iva and Malia; and her grandchildren, Alan, Emmerson, Teri, Jasie, Mikeila, Mikolo Sio, Manaia, Myalani, Mylei'Line, Diego, Alefosio, Iosefa, Nehemiah, Talo, Nala and Lanaia.
