With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory Wright of Colorado Springs, Colorado, born in Springhill, Louisiana, who passed away on September 27, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elvis, Pauline Wright, C. L. "Loys" and Mildred Batton; and his parents, Kerry Wright and Mildred Wright.

He is survived by: his wife Eva "Claire" McGee; his son Nathan; his siblings, Eugene Wright (Lisa) of Arlington, TN and Judy Low (Bill) of Houston, TX; his sisters-in-law, Kim Ellington (Gary) of Albany, GA and Sheila Mims; his granddaughter Autumn of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Mercer of Leesburg, GA and Trinchua Dukes (Keith) of Opelika, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Allan may be made to the Youth Scholarship Fund at Monument Hill Church.
