Though Helen has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Hatter and Phines Leo Hatter; and her spouse Drinnon David Wilcots, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Arthur Lee Hatter, Preston Tyler Hatter and Shirley Kay Wise; and her children, Barbara Jean, Drinnon David, Jr. and Shirley Kay. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, God children, nieces, nephews, cousins, adopted sisters, brothers and special friends.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
