He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Land and Inez Witt; his wife Mildred F. Campbell; and his son Charles (Kim). He is survived by: his stepfather Conlee Douglas; his children, Theresa "Terri" Parsram, Matthew (Rose) and Mark (Aimee); his sister Anne Lanier; his grandchildren, Tony Parsram (Angela), David Parsram (Deborah) and Diana Parsram; and his great grandchildren, Dempsey, Dominic, Danielle and Barrett Henry Parsram. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and life-long friends.
