He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Hoeper and Evelyn Hoeper (Hoefer); his brothers, Jeffrey, Richard, Michael Hoeper, Paul and Jack Hoeper; his sister-in-law Dixie; and his nephew Tommy.
He is survived by: his significant other Michelle Trisler (Shelly); his children, Jenny Hicks (Mark), Christy Ferber (Dan), Katy Hoeper and Ben Hoeper; his grandchildren, Destiny Rude, Bella Rude, Damien Hilde, McKenzie Stanley (Zac Seaburg), Morgan Stanley, Charlie Stanley, Isaac Ferber, Liam Ferber and Madison Johnson; his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Spencer; and his siblings, Tony Hoeper (Glenna), Kevin Hoeper (Anita), Dawn Barvels (Gene), Connie Banuelos (Antonio) and Gail Rocholl (Allen). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
