He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Rhoades; his children, David Lee Yowell, James Dean Yowell and Connie Lou Yowell; his sister-in-law Mary Frances Yowell; his grandson David Lee Yowell Jr.; his sibling's children, Michael Lee Yowell, Neal Edward Yowell and Donna Louise Banks (Yowell); and his stepchildren, Kristina Marie Rathman and Michael Thomas Rhoades.
