We bid farewell to Joan Haggerty (Colorado Springs, Colorado), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 22, 2025 at the age of 93. Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Connolly and Katherine Connolly; and her daughter Susan Beverly. She is survived by: her children, Michael Haggerty, Maggie Barnett of Colorado Springs and Kathy Briggs. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two brothers and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (2030 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904).
