He is survived by: his father Kenneth William Small; his wife Kelly Small; his children, Malorie Small (Jeramie Lambert) and Cody Small; his siblings, Jeff Small (Diane Small), Chelle Padilla, Kenny Cromwell (Karen Cromwell) and Chris Small (Tara Small); and his mother-in-law Patricia Small. He is also survived by brothers and sisters; and his nieces and nephews.
