Katherine Lee McEwan, born on October 21, 1958 in Fort Carson, Colorado, passed away on August 12, 2026. Katherine leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Katherine leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Katherine’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Katherine will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McEwan and Joan McEwan; and her brother Ron McEwan. She is survived by: her siblings, Marge McGee (Gary), Helen Wrinkle (Rusty) and Mike McEwan (Kate); and her sister-in-law Pam McEwan. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and twelve great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel (3825 Airport Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910).
