She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Leroy Fowler and Florence Kindle Fowler. She is survived by: her daughter Laura L. Otero; her son-in-law Ted M. Otero; and her granddaughter Nicolle L. Carroll.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (2060 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA 02135).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care of Colorado Springs.
