Michael DeRivera Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 7, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Michael DeRivera of Colorado Springs, Colorado. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his son Ethan. He is survived by: his cousins, Pam and Abbie; his daughter Auna; his mother Dorothy; his sisters, Kati (family: Eric, Autumn, Briana) and Alissa (family: Jason, Chelsea, Zoie, JT); his girlfriend Christina; and his girlfriend's children, Madison and Emma. He is also survived by friends, aunts, uncles, cousins.

In his final act of generosity, Michael gave the gift of life through organ donation–continuing to help others even after he was gone.
