Morris, Illinois; his stepfather Mitch Evans; his children, Colton Boyer of Williamsburg, Iowa and Mackayla Ervin (Ayden) of Clinton, Iowa; his siblings, Mackenzy Horner (Chase) of Knoxville, Terrance Peters of Dallas, Sondrea Borth (Brandon) of South Dakota, Heston Borth of Minnesota, Jesse Borth (Michelle) of North Dakota, Travis Borth of Minnesota, Claire Williams (Brandon) of South Carolina, Tyler Burlingame (Lydia) of Montana, Jason Parker of Clinton and Cory Bruggenwirth of Clinton; and his grandparents, James, Norma Jean Simmons and Mack Horner. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and many close friends.
