It is with sadness that the passing of Michael Anthony Norris of Colorado Springs, Colorado is shared. Michael, born on September 1, 1959, passed away on September 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Michael will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Michael is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Michael’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Norris and Mary Norris of Hoopeston, IL.. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Lynne Nix of Pleasant Hill, California.; his children, Alyson of Ann Arbor and Brennan of Colorado Springs; and his siblings, Judith Burk (David) of Cincinnati and Robert Norris (Lori) of Union. He is also survived by three nieces and one great-nephew.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery (10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80925).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Michael's memory.
