She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrich Birkner and Emma Birkner; her husband David Lee Everett; her son Dale Everett; and her grandson David Michael Everett (Will Morrison).
She is survived by: her son Michael Everett (Elaine); her grandchildren, Eugene Everett and Cassandra Maldonado (Clay); and her great grandchildren, Anna and Christopher. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1005 Hancock Expy, Colorado Springs, CO 80903). A reception was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillside Community Center (925 S Institute St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 1st 2025.
