He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Stolz Johnson; and his parents, Harold G. Johnson and Dorothy C. Johnson (Weirich). He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Everett (Phil); his sister-in-law Florence Williams; his children, Carolyn Everhart, Harold Johnson, David Johnson (Ann) and Peggy Gracia (Jim); and his grandchildren, David Everhart Everig (Emily), Emily Everhart, Zachary Johnson, Kyle Gracia (Katie), Maggie Gracia, Christopher Gracia and Alex Gracia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Neal requested memorial contributions be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research.
