He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Kulzer and George Kulzer. He is survived by: his children, Peter G. Kulzer II, Leah Kulzer and Megan Kulzer; his grandchildren, Tiegan Kulzer, Oaklynn Kulzer and Waylon Peter George Kulzer III; and his sons, Harper Leland and Mitch Hoard.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shrine of Remembrance €œAmerica the Beautiful†Chapel (1730 E Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery (10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80925).
