He was predeceased by: his father Peter; and his wife Naomi. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Lynn Hoffman), Daniel (Sue Hoffman), James (Kathy Hoffman) and Philip (Cathleen Hoffman). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
