She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur C. Miles and Dorothy G. Miles (Kious); her husband Bill Sinclair; and her sister Joann Taylor (Mike) of Denton, TX.. She is survived by: her children, Matt Sinclair (Eva) of Alamosa, CO and Mandi Elder (Craig) of Colorado Springs, CO; her sister Mary McKenry of Golden, CO; her sister-in-law Lucille Beaudrie (Eugene) of Lakewood, CO.; her grandchildren, Alissa Heaton (Jake) of Helena, MT, Jared Sinclair (Jessica) of Alamosa, CO and Renae Robbins (Cutter) of Mosca, CO.; and her great grandchildren, Adelaide Heaton, Henry Heaton and Tucker Shannon.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to honor Phyllis's love of education through donations to the Phyllis Miles Sinclair memorial scholarship at Kansas Wesleyan University.
