He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Gaeke and Edward Gaeke; his wife Janet Romero; his sister June; his nephew Adam Jacobson; his niece Adrienne Jacobson (Adam Marblestone); and his great-niece Josephine.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shrine of Remembrance (1730 E Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910). A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (219 E Bijou St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903).
