She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Roland Phelps and Gertrude Nancy Reasoner; and her grandmother Hattie (Grace). She is survived by: her daughters, Theoda, Alyce and Grace; her brother George; her sister-in-law Barbara (Omaha); her children, Brian Lee and Faye Evans; her grandsons, Scott and Mark; her children, Matt and Allison; her grandsons, Matteo and August; her children, Wes and Katie; her grandchildren, Wes and Katie; Brian and Deborah (Mark (Jack). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
