He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kay and Esther Blanche Parker. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Samantha Alvarado of Colorado Springs; and his daughters, Mary L. Jackson of Mineral, Virginia and Katherine L. Romero of Freeport, Florida. He is also survived by one brother and one sister; six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
