He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Moothart and Dillman Moothart; his wife Barbara Moothart; his brothers, Dennis and Dave Moothart; and his niece Linda Moothart.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Setterquist (Mary) of Austin Texas, Cindi Fong (Danny) of San Francisco, Richard Moothart II (Rachel) of Colorado Springs and Christina Moos (Alan) of Macau, China.; his grandchildren, Loryn, Will Setterquist, Patti, Brendan, Aidan Fong, Luke, Jaxon Moothart, Kaia and Becca Moos; his nephews, Mike, Casey and Nate Moothart; his sister-in-law Michele Landers; his nephew Michael; and his great-niece Delaney of Upland California.
