He was predeceased by: his spouse Claire Harper; and his son Robert Harper Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Debra Onaindia, Lori Doiel, Ryan Harper and Sharon Harper-Norris. He is also survived by her 2 children; 23 cherished grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
