He is survived by: his wife Judy (Congregational); his children, Daniel Cunningham (Sara), Sarah MacLean (Jeff) and Matthew Cunningham; his grandchildren, Elliana, Isaac, Felicity, Owen and Emma; and his sister Janice Szpila (Cunningham). He is also survived by nieces and a nephew and close friends.
