Robert left this world on September 10, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shawn R. Roberson; and his son Corey Dwayne Walls. He is survived by: his children, Robert Dwayne Roberson II of Aurora, Rachel D. Roberson and Rebecca D. Roberson of Westminster, Colorado; his stepdaughter Katie McLemore of Tacoma, Washington; and his siblings, Donald Roberson of Burkburnett, Alford Roberson of Mounds and Margaret Floyd of Rochester. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory (1104 S Circle Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80910). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery (10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80925).
