Crouse (Shuck); his children, Jerri Crouse and Stephen Crouse (Gregg McCurdy) of Palm Springs, CA.; and his sisters, Jody Zawacki of New Jersey and Neaty Oaks (Jim) of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
