She is survived by: her husband Johnny Merrill Pentycofe; her siblings, Anthony Fizer and Teresa Webb (Fizer); her children, Andy Pentycofe and Lori Pentycofe-Worster (Vinny Morgano); and her grandchildren, Lexi Worster, Brett Worster, Brooklyn Morgano and Bowker.
