He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his daughter Jennifer Carlson; his grandchildren, Sarah Jane and Luke; his stepson Kyle Wilson (Erin); his grandchildren, Cohen and Ayden; and his sisters, Andrea Klevens and Nicole Dailey (Dan).
