He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Eugene Lamb and Syble Rebecca Lamb (Avery). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Slattery; his children, Thomas Lamb, Brenna Conger (Larry), Rainer Lamb (Jaryd Corliss) and Keric Lamb (Anna Jaunarajs); his grandchildren, William, Kiera, Kylin and Vonn; his sister Marsha Lamb (Jim Myers); and his brothers-in-law, James Slattery and Jeff Slattery (Julie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the General Scholarship Fund at Naropa University.
