He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hnath; his parents, Thomas Overy and Linda Overy (Cañon City); his brother Russell Overy (Kathy Overy); and his children, Brian Dohrman (Cañon City), Colton Overy (Cañon City), Carter Overy, Daniel Amoroso (Denver), Sarah Amoroso (Colorado Springs) and Rachael Amoroso (Denver).
