He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Hiram and Florence Arline (Speaks); his siblings, Jeanine Curtis and Kenny Hess; his daughters, Monica Weller and Tammy Wann; his son-in-law Richard Whitaker; and his granddaughter Amanda Whitaker.
He is survived by: his wife Helga Lieselotte (Behrendt); his children, Klaus Mulvihill (Alona), Deborah Medina (Ricky), Bernice Blackman, Rachelle Whitaker, Danielle Behrman (Shawn) and Scott Porter (Cherie); and his siblings, Gary Porter (Anna), Shirley Johnston (Tucker) and Jane Fitzgerald (Dave). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
