He is survived by: his children, Catherine Nakai (Michael), Todd Calvert (Dailyn Rodriguez) and Carolynn Butts (Dennis); his wife Paule; and his grandchildren, Piper Butts, Tate Butts and Mandy Lucke (Nakai).
