As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Downing and William Harry Perry; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his children, Suellen, Karyn and David; and his stepchildren, Joe, Bill, Beth and Anne. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and step-grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren & step-grandchildren.
