He was predeceased by: his father Bill Marshall; his brother Bill Marshall; his in-laws, Roy and Cleta Hill; and his brothers-in-law, Steve and Bob Adamson.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Marshall; his mother Ada Marshall; his children, Kristi Roseberry (JJ) and Steve Marshall (Nicole); his sisters, Susan Adamson (Bob), Connie Pieper (Smiley) and Linda Hill (Gale); and his granddaughters, Haylee Roseberry, Payton Marshall, Rylee Roseberry and Madyson Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
