He was predeceased by: his mother Juliet Dominguez. He is survived by: his father Anthony Martinez of Cortez; his significant other Grant Stanley; his friend Charles Grey; and his siblings, Michael Martinez (Michele) of Pagosa Springs, CO and Jeannie Dubois (Todd) of Connecticut. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a local charity or in support of veterans, in tribute to Allen's generous spirit.
