He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Leavell-Hermanns (Charles) of Cortez, Dusty Leavell (Angie) of Fernley and Mike Barner (Amber) of Cortez; his grandchildren, Jake, Dalton, Brianna, Mark, Nathan, Isaac, Jenna, Alyssa and Aspen; and his great grandchildren, Aspynn, Knox, Kalias, Layla, Myles, Ayce and Theo.
