It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Glen Chaffin (Cortez, Colorado), who passed away on October 3, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughters, Brooksie Lynn and Amber Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Shane (Elva) and Adam (Merry); and his siblings, Dorothey, Betty, Marie, Shirely, Danny, Stanley, Doug and Chan. He is also survived by Many brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lewis Arriola Community Center (21176 Rd S, Cortez, CO 81321). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery.
