He is survived by : his child Navy; his siblings, Arlene (Lyle Ekleberry), Paula (Darren Venters) and Larry (Linda Chappell); and his children, Steve L. (Barbara Chappell), Brett (Tamika Chappell), Dale (Mary Chappell), Candi (Vic Duran), Erin (Chad Hanson) and John (Jessica Chappell).
