He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Raymond Kingsley and Helen Kingsley. He is survived by : his wife Danica; his brother Wayne Kingsley (Barbara); and his children, Bobbie Patterson, John Kingsley, Kimberly Essary, Carol Colvin (Alan) and Shanna Martinez. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and many other family members.
