He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Maynes Russell; his children, Jeremiah Warren Russell, Matthew Ray Russell and Krystal Yvonne Russell; and his sisters, Geri Russell and Jeanette Tripp. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
