He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavina "Billie" Mae Sanchez and Raymond Fred "Bud" Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Steven Wagner, Tallyn Wagner and Bailey Wagner; his grandchildren, Weston Wagner and Addison Wagner; his siblings, Christina Browning, Clint Wagner, Wayne Wagner and Julie Haynes; and his pet Ripper.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1150 W 9th St, Craig, CO 81625).
