He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Forgay and Edith Forgay; and his sister Sandra Jean Penton. He is survived by : his children, Tandi Alene of Denver, CO and Ian Forgay (Madison Murray) of Craig, CO; and his grandchildren, Addison and Carter.
