He was predeceased by: his parents, Orson Rollins and Ina Rollins; his brothers, Trent, Paul and Nyle Rollins; his grandson Stetson Shepard; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Broomhead and Susie Roubidoux.

He is survived by: his wife Sally Seilaff Rollins; his children, Sterling Rollins (Melinda) and Jeanette Steger (Ben); his grandchildren, Brice White, Logan Steger and Ellie Steger; his great grandchild Rileigh White; his aunt Carol Liddell; his siblings, LaRae Broomhead, Lloyd Rollins, June Smith (Steve) and Bryant Rollins; and his siblings-in-law, Merilyn Rollins, Robb, Melody Sielaff (Moon), Bruce, Barbara Seilaff and George Roubidoux. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and also great nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a fund has been opened at the Yampa Valley Bank in Craig to accept memorial donations "In care of Orson Harold Rollins" to help his wife Sally with the unexpected cost of this unimaginable loss.
