It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Scranton of Cripple Creek, Colorado, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Hogan (Dan) and Elizabeth Hogan (Libby); and her siblings, Donald E. Hogan and Cora Ann Hogan. She is survived by : her son Donald Evan Hogan; her brother Donnie; her daughters, Kathleen Maureen Scranton of Lamar, CO, Paula Raye Miller (Dave) of La Junta, CO, Darla Kaye Specht (Dale) of Wiley, CO and Holly Ann Coco (Brandon) of Gonzales, TX.; and her grandchildren, Maureen Swain (Ron) of Palmer, Alaska, Neil Ewing (Lindsay) of Parker, CO, Michael Coco (Stephanie) of Wichita, KS, John Miller of La Junta, CO, Grayson Coco (Kaisey) of San Antonio, TX, Hayley Specht-Dalstra (Torben) of Aurora, CO, Elisabeth Buchl (Ben) of Eau Claire, WI, Riley Coco of Greeley, CO and Jake Specht (Katie) of Lamar, CO.. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and by her many relatives and friends.
