He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Mow and Wallace Mow; and his sister Sharron Billings. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Guy; and his children, Dustin Mow, Paul Mow, Travis Cowden, Jay Cowden and Misty Cowden. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
