With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosa Lopez of Deer Trail, Colorado, born in Fort Stockton, Texas, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Macaria Rubio-Lopez. She is survived by: her father Alfredo H. Lopez of Mississippi; her son Casey Alexander Lopez of Colorado; her grandson Jase Sala-Lopez of Colorado; and her siblings, Alicia Lopez of New York, Estella James (Jerry) of Texas, Luz Elena Lopez (Sue) of Colorado, Alfredo R. Lopez (Birdie) of Arizona, Daniel Lopez (Dan) of Wyoming, Abel Jose (Peggy) of Wyoming, Reynaldo Lopez (Rick) of Wyoming, Eduardo Lopez (Ed) of Colorado, Antonio Lopez (Tony) of Arizona and Raymundo Lopez (Tom) of Colorado. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, an organization Rosa felt strongly about.
