He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Bresnahan and Kenneth Allen Rouzer; his sister Clara Lee Little of Tarpen Springs; and his son Jeffrey Rouzer. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Weinrauch of Crab Orchard, Kentucky.; his granddaughter Holly Weinrauch of Watertown, Massachusetts.; and his brother David of Alabama.
