He is survived by: his significant other Lola Louise Lively; his grandchildren, Andrea Nicole Quinnie, Bryan Lively and Hope Keplinger; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Tasha of Corbin, CJ and Ronald; and his siblings, Edward Lively, Opal Long, George Lively, Louis Lively and Grace Howe.
