He is survived by: his mother Cecily Bishop; his wife Bonnie; his daughters, Tatem Russell, Ariana Bishop, Rachel McCormick (Justin) and Rebekkah Simmons (Michael); and his siblings, Bud Bishop (Judy), Mike Goodwin (Deb), Debbie Francis (Ronnie) and Teresa Heaton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
