He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Miller (Salas) of Delta, CO; his brother Bill Miller of Utah; and his grandchildren, Ashley Schwend of Nevada, Dakota Crowley of California, Mikey, Kenny Griffin of Alaska, Jonathan Granger of Colorado, Laura Tasker of Utah, Patrice Crowley of California, David Blank of Nevada and Stephen Miller of Colorado. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
